I love your blog. We have been up on the island every labor day for 52 years. My husband has walked the bridge all of those years. We would love to meet you sometime when we are on the island. We never miss your blog!!!! All the pictures that you put on are great!!!! What a wonderful life you have. The best of both worlds. How in the world can you ride your bike up those hills? I can not even make it up those big hills. Keep those blogs going.

Hello Sally – so good to hear from you! We do indeed know how blessed we are. As for riding up those hills, I still can’t do it without several pauses to rest. Ted has been riding them though – he is much stronger than I am. I have made SOME progress though – at least I can WALK all the way from town to the condos without stopping! It’s a healthy life-style on the island. Would love to meet you!
